1) WHAT AND WHO DOES THIS POLICY REFER TO?
The company is the owner of the processing of personal data (ie, all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person as an interested party) collected from or about you through the site and services, which are processed in accordance with the rules of this Privacy Policy.

5) HOW LONG DO WE KEEP PERSONAL DATA?
The company carries out the processing of personal data for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes envisaged in accordance with paragraph 3 above.
a) the data collected for the purposes referred to in paragraph 3, lett. from a) to d) are kept for the period strictly necessary to allow the user to use the website or services;
b) the data collected for the purposes referred to in paragraph 3, lett. e) are kept for ten (10) years in order to respond to the requests of the interested parties and comply with applicable laws and regulations, also in relation to the services;
c) the data collected for the purposes referred to in paragraph 3, lett. f) are kept for the period strictly necessary to pursue the legitimate interests of the Company;
d) the data collected for the purposes referred to in paragraph 3, lett. g) and h) are kept for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were originally collected and, in any case, no later than 5 years;
6) HOW ARE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED?
For the purposes indicated above, the data are processed electronically and manually, and are protected by adequate security measures. In this regard, although the company applies adequate administrative, technical, physical and personnel measures to safeguard the data in its possession from loss, theft, unauthorized use, dissemination and modification, it cannot guarantee the exclusion of all possible IT risks.
7) WHO HAS ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA?
The data acquired during navigation may be known and processed within the company Decori e Decori by the personnel in charge of processing to the extent that this is necessary for the performance of their duties, carrying out only the operations necessary for the execution of the same.
In the event of an express request and in the circumstances authorized by law, the data may be communicated by Decori e Decori to the Public Security Authorities and to the Police forces. No navigation data is disseminated in any way.
8) ARE PERSONAL DATA TRANSFERRED ABROAD?
Personal data may be transferred to countries within or outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Please note that adequate safeguards have been put in place for data protection when transferring to countries outside the EEA, therefore such transfers comply with the requirements and obligations prescribed by the Applicable Data Protection Legislation.
We do not transfer personal data to countries located outside the European Economic Area.

The User has and / or can exercise the following rights at any time, free of charge:
a) the right to be informed about the purposes and methods of the processing;
b) right of access;
c) the right to obtain a copy of the data held abroad and information on the place where they are stored;

In addition to the rights listed above, from 25 May 2018 the User can also exercise the following rights, following the full applicability of Regulation (EU) No. 679 of 27 April 2016:
